Clone the app your clients already pay for — free with eleven Claude skills

If you have ever looked at an app that solves a real problem and thought, "I wish there was a version built for my kind of customer," there is now a free pack of Claude skills that can help you build one.

Replica-skill is a set of eleven skills for Claude Code that work as a team. One studies the app you want to copy: its screens, the steps people take, the data model behind it. Another plans the tech stack and database. Others rebuild the design, the screens, the login and the payments. Then one tests it like a user would, clicking every flow and logging bugs. A skill called the Entrepreneur reads real customer reviews of the original app and turns the complaints into fixes, so your version has what people actually wanted.

A practical example: a scheduling tool where people book time via a link. The skills rebuild the booking flow end to end, add Stripe for paid bookings, and even write tests that catch time-zone mistakes. Then they find online reviews complaining about confusing time zones and per-seat pricing, and your clone ships with a time-zone confirm step and flat pricing instead.

The pack is free and MIT licensed, so you can use it commercially. It works clean-room style: it rebuilds features and flows, never the original's code or branding, and it forces a rebrand before anything goes live.
